Ozzy Osbourne Says Paul McCartney Is His Dream Collaboration

During a new episode of his SiriusXM radio show, Ozzy Speaks, Ozzy Osbourne expressed his desire to work with Paul McCartney. The 76-year-old heavy metal legend said that Sir Paul tops the list of his dream collaborators, admitting that even though he is eager to work with the former Beatle, he is unsure if it could happen. “I would be honored, but I couldn’t…” Ozzy says of working with one of his heroes. In a prior interview with Heat Magazine, Osbourne recalls trying to get McCartney to play on one of his songs. “Meeting Paul McCartney was f—— phenomenal,” Osbourne shared. “I was in the studio at the same time as him and tried to get him to play bass on one of my songs. But he said he couldn’t improve on the bassline that was there. I said, ‘Are you kidding? You could p— on the record and I’d make it my life.’” (People)
