Mary Kay, Tupperware, Avon (or anything of that sort), and private businesses are not eligible to sell goods/services at this garage sale. You will kindly be asked to leave and will not receive a refund for your booth/space.

HOW MUCH: $30 for the space. Proceeds benefit the Alzheimer’s Association
Purchase your space! Booths are roughly 10’x10’ (Two Parking Spots). Sellers must furnish their own table(s). All vehicles will need to be out of the yard sale no later than 8:30am . Participants will pull their vehicles into their designated area and will unload in the yard sale area. All participating vendors will be expected to remain in the yard sale area for the duration of the event. All participating vendors must read and agree to our terms and conditions upon arrival to the yard sale location.

RESTRICTED LIST: If you are seen selling any of the following, you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund. These guidelines will be strictly enforced.
- Water, soda or beverages of any kind
- Food, including treats for pets
- Firearms or any sort of weapons
- Animals, livestock and/or reptiles
- Any business items, you did not make or enjoy under your own roof
- Couponer/Stockpile Vendors are restricted
